Unleash Hidden Gifts. Expand joy. Build resilience.

You have tremendous potential and specific gifts to share with the world, as do your children and your employees. If it’s a challenge for you to see this right now, I invite you to tap into my work in positive change to uncover hidden gifts and opportunities that enable you to develop your innate talents and to thrive in life—no matter where you are now. It’s a fact: gifts, strengths, and talents combine and develop in complex ways that rankings and grades cannot begin to measure.

Discover your hidden gifts

My research identified hidden gifts, that even successful adults do not recognize in themselves and others. In youth, these gifts are often in conflict with what is demanded in school, yet they are the perfect foundation for career and life success.

Lots of adults and teens feel stuck. They have reached a new level of demands on their performance that leaves them feeling less confident and unsure of how to unleash their true potential. One place to start is with The Duvi Assessment of your hidden gifts. As you consciously find ways to use and develop your gifts, you will find yourself happy, confident, and successful.

Hidden Gifts that Conflict with School™

As a young adult, do you– or did you– ever feel as if school is not– or was not– quite the right fit for you? Are you not a top student? Chances are you have one or more of what I call, “The Gifts that Conflict with School.™ ”

What do I mean by this? I mean the very things that are best in you– that offer you tremendous potential in life– may be in conflict with what is asked of you in school. So what does this mean for you? It means that if you want to bring out your full potential, if you want to thrive in life, if you want to be happier now, then you want to worry less about grades and enjoy your innate abilities more. Sometimes we are taught to believe what I call, “The Myths of Education.” If you want to be happier (and smart), choose a different set of beliefs.

Here’s what I believe: I believe there is nothing wrong with you (or your child), no matter how you do in school. I believe you were born to thrive in life and if you focus on finding the beauty in yourself (and those you love), if you focus on pursuing things that interest and excite you, you are already using your gifts and strengths– even if you cannot yet name them.

New! We have just released an online assessment that allows you to identify Hidden Gifts that Conflict with School.™ Discover your hidden gifts. Take the Duvi Assessment.
